At phatmanclothing.com we endeavour to make your shopping experience as easy and simple as possible. Unfortunately there are times when things do not always go as smoothly as we would like. There are a number of reasons why you may not be satisfied with your purchase and we will try our utmost to accommodate you.

Faulty Goods

Occasionally goods may be delivered that are faulty. All our clothing is checked before dispatch for common faults and most are delivered in unopened packaging. However should goods be found to be faulty we will be happy to exchange or refund. To make the process easier for both yourself and Phatman please follow our returns procedure below.

Unsuitable Goods

Try as we may, there are occasions when garments do not always fit correctly or are not exactly what our customer's require. We are happy to exchange or refund goods as long as they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are in their original packaging with their tags on.

Returns Procedure

  1. Email returns@Phatmanclothing.com with the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, your order number and your receipt number.
  2. Within 24 hours a returns number will be issued via reply email. This will allow us to deal with your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  3. On receipt of your returned product (what ever the reason) a refund will be made to you via the same method of payment.
  4. If another size or option is required (even for faulty goods) you will be required to order a new product and make a new payment.

By refunding all returns it makes sure that all customer queries are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. Should you have any special requests please do not hesitate to contact us.
